We are delighted to announce

the registration for 2009 TSG open now!

Thanks for all your patience and now we sincerely invite you to join us in the activities.

In 2009 TSG Taipei, we will have five kinds of sports games, as you could see in the poster,

Please fill in the application form to complete the registrantion and send it before July 31th , thank you.

31st Oct 2009 - 9:00am~22:00pm :

Games Competition Day 1 volleyball and Badminton

1st Nov 2009 - 9:00am~18:00pm :

Games Competition Day 2 tennis, bowling and table tennis

1st Nov 2009 - 19:00pm~24:00pm :

GALA Dinner

2nd Nov 2009 : City Tour (Optional)

3rd Nov 2009 : Home Sweet Home

About the registration, please take note of the following:

Team and individual participanting can send the form to Willie Hsu tsg2009tpe@yahoo.com.tw.

Until you get the confirmation, you finish the registration.

Registration Fee

a)Sports Participants: USD 50.00

(including souvenir kit, TSG2009 Sports T-Shirt, the ticket of welcome party and GALA dinner)

Early bird promotion – Pay USD 40.00 for early submission before August 30^th, 2009.

The fee of one event is 50 USD. It will be 15 USD more to join one more event.

For example, volleyball+bowling is totally 50+15 = 65 USD. Volleyball+bowling+table tennis is totally 50+15+15=80 USD.

b)Supporters: USD 30.00

(including souvenir kit, TSG2009 sports T-shirt, the ticket to welcome party and GALA Dinner.

**** Please note that admission to sports event is FREE. Any non-registrants who wish to join the Gala Dinner,

tickets are available for sale at USD 30.00 per person.
